So Grateful…

2018 was a great year and I would like to thank every’ body’ that came along to classes. I so enjoyed working through the themes, the fun of the challenges as you gained strength and holding space as you invited space into your body, relaxed and let go.

Saturday Sanctuary has become something very special and even holding two most months we have waiting lists only until the summer but things change so do get in touch if you would like to join us, we often get cancellations nearer the time.

In October we had our first eyoga weekend retreat and it was a wonderful experience, being able to share my love of yoga, not just the physical asana but to also delve a little into the philosophy that threads through this path. I hope to continue offering a March and October retreat each year.

Namaste

Yoga classes for every body, for everyone...

Classes in Halstead and Braintree

Welcome to eyoga, local classes where beginners are always welcome.

Can't touch your toes? This is not a requirement at eyoga, it is simply taking time to listen to your body and invite space.

Yoga uses the body, the breath and the mind in union and is an opportunity to take some time for you.

eyoga classes have an emphasis on finding space, along with an invitation to bring your awareness into your body, to encourage a sense of 'letting go', promoting both physical and mental well-being.

If you run or regularly exercise in a gym, a yoga class can help release tension build up within the muscles, bringing balance and can prevent injury.

There is no competition at eyoga, you work within your body's limitations. Modifications and progressions are offered to allow all levels to enjoy the class.

All classes are run on a 'drop in' basis so there is no need to pre book.

I have spare mats but do bring along a blanket for savasana, our relaxation and wear comfortable layers. It is advised that you don't eat two hours before practise.

Please arrive ten minutes prior to the class time to settle.

I look forward to welcoming you into a class!

Namaste x
