eyoga is an instructive, intensive class but our Teacher is very sensitive to our needs and has a lovely, warm, caring personality.

I highly recommend eyoga to anyone with aches and pains, particularly with back problems - it has definitely helped me, I leave each session feeling 'connected' to my body and mind

Yoga has helped me with flexibility and balance physically and I find the breathing practice helps me control anxiety, particularly when attending hospital appointments etc.  I work with my level of fitness, only holding the postures for as long as I feel I can at the moment. Hopefully in time I will improve but it is not competitive, you only do what you can. In the past 6 months I returned to yoga after a long break from attending classes. I always used some of the postures at home for stretching ,however I found that joining this class, the social atmosphere and a good Teacher make practice more enjoyable.

I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and over the last 15 months, I have been going to eyoga.

Elaine is passionate about yoga and not only is her subject knowledge excellent, she does her upmost to provide a tranquil, friendly space for her sessions. What I particularly like is that every week is different, we focus on a different part of the body and you are encouraged to do what your body wants to do that day. Saying that, she is attentive to all that attend, making sure they are in a safe posture and encourages options for different body shapes and sizes. After every session I feel stretched, energised, peaceful and ready for a busy week ahead. If you are a novice or are seasoned at yoga I would recommend eyoga.
